Being a Man

Today I saw a terrible sight, a homeless man and what appeared to be his female companion, were sitting at the bus stop. The woman was so under the influence that the man couldn't get her to wake up; against everything I had I walked by...ignoring the event. Once I finished by business downtown, I was walking back and noticed that the fire and police department had been called to treat this woman. What alarmed me the most about this event was the "man" was nowhere to be found. I was appalled that he left what appeared to be his partner...alone and afraid. What have we become? The EMT's did not know how to treat the woman and were prepared to take her to the hospital. I looked around and there he was...cowardly watching the whole event about 50 feet away. I told the Police and Fire Department representatives the "man" is over there and he knows what's wrong with her. This is what amazes me...our society has caused either this man to be a coward fo

Hi all, this is my first entry. I am a hard working man that loves his ride or die and my family. I've witnessed things in my life that I don't wish upon anyone. One thing that I have learned is that you are faced with two options, right and wrong or good and evil....what defines you is how you react to that choice. I lived a modest life within a small town in Kansas the youngest of seven children. My parents worked hard to provide for us but always fought to make ends meet. The one thing they always accomplished was presence; they were my rock, my foundation and my sole piece of information. My relationship skills have not been savvy until now; I found my princess "Mrs. White Lady" my rock, my foundation. At this point, life has provided an ample source of information. I have made mistakes raising my children; kids today unfortunately do not look to their parents as a source of information, Flashy Media/Pop Icons, SnapChat, Video Games, Google and Social Med

I've learned a lot of things in my life and made many mistakes.  The one thing that sticks with me which is the definition of right and wrong or good and evil.
